CalMUSE is UC Berkeley’s Fraternity & Sorority Information System for chapter roster management. It allows your chapter to manage its member roster, and allows the school to more effectively provide grade reports and other services to individual chapters. CURRENTLY CalMUSE IS BEING MIGRATED TO A NEW PLATFORM. AT THIS TIME NO UPDATES CAN BE MADE TO YOUR ORGANIZATIONS ROSTER. PLEASE CONTACT YOUR LEAD CENTER ADVISOR FOR ADDITIONAL DETAILS.

  • Roster Administration
    • Chapter presidents can view and update member information
      • View – member names, and contact information
      • Update – member status, primary chapter officer roles, join semester, residence (live-in / -out, or abroad 6-mo / 1-yr)
  • Member Registration
    • New Members complete a 5-step process including chapter selection, anti-hazing agreement, 2 x GPA releases (optional), verification of contact information, and a quiz
    • Chapter presidents are notified via email when registration requests have been initiated for their chapter, and have the option to accept (complete new member registration) or reject the request (not a member of this chapter)
  • GPA Reports
    • Fraternity & Sorority Life staff members will produce and publish Chapter and Council reports based entirely on CalMUSE data
