What To Do Next/Recruitment Schedule

Feel free to attend any of the following informational sessions/events!

Parent House Tours:

Sunday August 22nd, tours leaving from International House at 2, 3, and 4pm.

Interested women and their families will have a chance to take tours of our chapter houses before recruitment begins! You will have a chance to speak with Recruitment Counselors and chapter officers to learn more about PHC and the recruitment process.

Fall Formal Recruitment SCHEDULE 2010:

Friday, August 27th: MANDATORY Orientation Meeting @ Wheeler Auditorium. Check in begins at 5:45pm, meeting starts at 6pm.  If you cannot attend, email phc.conflicts@calgreeks.com.

Saturday, August 28th (9:00am – 5:00pm): Unity Day

Sunday, August 29th (10:00am – 4:50pm): House Tours

Monday, August 30th: No events scheduled

Tuesday, August 31st (6:00pm – 10:20pm): Philanthropy Night

Wednesday, September 1st (7:30pm – 10:40pm): Preference Night

Thursday, September 2nd (6pm, starting in Wheeler Auditorium): Bid Day!

NOTE: Recruitment events on Unity Day and House Tours will be occurring all day. Because Philanthropy Night, Preference Night, and Bid Night are scheduled for weekdays, all recruitment events will take place in the evenings.

If you have class or any other conflict (like practice for a sports team), Conflict Forms will be available from your Recruitment Counselor at the Mandatory Orientation Meeting. If you cannot attend the Mandatory Orientation Meeting, please email phc.conflicts@calgreeks.com. Thank you!
