Order Of Omega

Applications are due at 102 Sproul by Tuesday, October 25, 2011.

Eligibility Requirements

• Have a GPA higher than that of the all Greek GPA (3.29 or above)
• Have completed at least 60 units and have been on campus for at least 2 semesters
• Attach a current resume to this application
• Attach an unofficial transcript to this application
• Attach your response to the prompt found below to this application
• AND submit a completed paper application with resume, transcript, essay, and OPTIONAL
letter of recommendation by 3 pm on Tuesday, October 25th to the Office of Student Life in
102 Sproul Hall.
