President: Christina Starzak

The President of Panhellenic is the Chairwoman of the Panhellenic Executive
Council and the liaison between the Greek Community and the University.
She acts as the spokesperson and chief representative of the community
to all city, university and other student organizations. She is responsible
for coordinating all meetings activities, socials, philanthropies and
other activities of the Panhellenic community. She is required to attend
all functions sponsored by the Panhellenic and IFC councils. Meets weekly
with the Greek advisors, the Panhellenic Executive Council, the IFC President,
the NPHC President and leaders of the culturally based Greek organizations
to coordinate activities and goals and report monthly to area and national
advisors. She is also responsible for recognizing and awarding chapters
and individuals for their achievements. She must produce a comprehensive
report at the end of the semester. She serves as a member of the Recruitment
Team.

Executive Vice President: Reyhan Bilici

The Executive Vice President acts as the Chair of the Panhellenic Judicial
committee. She is responsible for coordinating the training of Panhellenic
Judicial Committee with the Greek Advisor and Student Judicial Affairs.
She facilitates Panhellenic Judicial Hearings and must file all paperwork
regarding violations and sanctions. She handles any internal conflicts
or violations within Panhellenic Executive Committee. She is responsible
for planning a Panhellenic Ex Comm Retreat and other developmental programs
and activities. She serves as a member of the Recruitment Team.

Vice President of Risk Management: Monica Bandy

The Vice President of Risk Management acts as the Co-chair of GAMMA. She
must conduct social chair training and risk management training at the
beginning of every semester in coordination with the IFC Risk Management
VP. She is responsible for regularly updating the Risk Management Handbook
as well as the Greek Social Code and educating the community about risk
management related policies and issues. She processes party registration
forms, holds on-site party coordinating meetings, and sends weekly social
updates to chapter presidents. She serves as the liaison between the Greek
community, the University, and the City of Berkeley on issues relating
to social events and risk management. She must hold Social Chair Roundtable
Meetings as needed.

Vice President of Membership: Dani Haber

The Vice President of Membership plans and implements fall formal recruitment
and spring informal recruitment. She must plan and design recruitment
publicity and events, including the recruitment theme, information sessions,
letters to the students, parent open house, Cal Day and CalSo activities.
She works closely with the IFC Recruitment Vice President for joint activities
and projects. She must also work closely with the Head Recruitment Counselor
to integrate the Recruitment Counselor program with recruitment activities.
She must hold biweekly recruitment roundtables with the chapter Recruitment
Chairs to review and update Recruitment Rules and Procedures. She is required
to stay in Berkeley for the summer. She serves as a member of the Recruitment
Team.

Finance Officer: Michelle Claxton

The Finance Officer is responsible for distributing and collecting all
sorority chapter and membership dues. She must create and reconcile the
Panhellenic budget for the spring and fall semesters and maintain the
records of the general and recruitment accounts, as well as all expenditures.

Director of Communications: Laura Chandler

The Director of Communications is responsible for overseeing all publicity
for the Greek Community. She must publish the Panhellenic newsletter for
the community on a regular basis. She is responsible for advertising the
achievements and accomplishments of the Greek community. She helps with
the publicity of individual chapter events as well as Greek wide events.
She must attend all Panhellenic meetings, where she is responsible for
typing and distributing agendas before those meetings and producing the
minutes after those meetings. She handles all official Panhellenic correspondence
and emails a weekly update of Panhellenic events to sorority presidents
and delegates. She is also responsible for appointing and overseeing a
Webmaster who will be responsible for maintaining and updating the CalGreeks
website.

Director of Programming: Christie Richards

The Director of Programming acts as the Co-chair of Junior Greek Council.
She is expected to implement Junior Greek Council with the understanding
that the Programming Board made up of Junior Greek Council will stand
as a separate entity from Panhellenic Executive Committee. She is responsible
for planning educational, social and philanthropic programs for the entire
sorority and Greek community. She is responsible for organizing Greek
Week, GreekFest, and the Welcome Week Greek Activity. She facilitates,
in conjunction with IFC Philanthropy Chair, Philanthropy Roundtable Meetings
at least once a month.

Head Recruitment Counselor: Natalie Maples

The Head Recruitment Counselor is responsible for selecting and training
the Recruitment Counselor team. She must work closely with other recruitment
team members to plan and execute formal recruitment. She is required to
attend biweekly meetings with the VP Membership and the Greek Advisor.
She helps to publicize for recruitment and plan the involvement of Panhellenic
in Cal Day, CalSO, and Calapalooza. Solicits feedback from new members
regarding the recruitment process. Writes a formal evaluation of formal
recruitment. Revises the current Rules for Membership Recruitment. Required
to be in Berkeley for the summer. Member of the Recruitment Team.

Head of Philanthropy: Onita Bhattasali

The Head of Philanthropy is responsible for planning and implementing
all sorority philanthropy events. She shall plan, in conjunction with
pertinent officers from IFC, NPHC, and MCGC Greek community philanthropy
events. She shall work with the PHC Director of programming and pertinent
officers of the IFC, MCGC, and NPHC councils to coordinate a Greek Week
Steering Committee to plan and execute Greek Week activities in the fall
semester. She shall supervise a committee made up of all chapter philanthropy
chairwomen and coordinate roundtable meetings for this committee at least
two times per month. She shall monitor and encourage sorority participation
in Greek philanthropy projects. She shall serve as part of the Panhellenic
Recruitment Team. She shall write a formal evaluation at the conclusion
of each semester. She shall perform all other duties pertaining to this
office.
