For the second year in a row, executive councils of IFC, Panhellenic, MCGC and NPHC went to the Marin Headlands for a weekend of team building and establishing goals for the year ahead. Under the guidance of several CalGreeks advisors, council officers focused on unity, strengthening organizations, SMART goals, and effective leadership. Every member left the retreat with a better sense of purpose and a new vision for their council for the year.
