APPLICANTS: You must complete the registration form in one sitting. You are unable to save and return to this page. YOU MAY ONLY REGISTER ONCE! Prepare emergency contact information, interests and activities, GPA, etc. before moving forward.
Please submit via Greek Bill a $40 application fee (if registering prior to August 1, 2008) or $50 registration fee (if registering after August 1, 2008). A website link to Greek Bill is provided after submission of the application for your convenience. You may also submit a check (made payable to UC Berkeley Panhellenic Association) by mail or hand delivery to:

Applications are NOT complete until the application fee is received. Application and fee must be received by Thursday, September 4, 2008 at 12:00 PM. This fee is non-refundable.
