 Panhellenic is the governing body for all 12 sorority chapters on campus associated with the National Panhellenic conference and the one associate member. These sororities include: Alpha Chi Omega, Alpha Delta Pi, Alpha Omicron Pi, Alpha Phi, Chi Omega, Delta Gamma, Delta Delta Delta, Gamma Phi Beta, Kappa Alpha Theta, Kappa Kappa Gamma, Pi Beta Phi, Sigma Kappa and the affiliate alpha Kappa Delta Phi. Panhellenic is the behind the scenes organization that works with IFC, MCGC, and NPHC to plan all Greek events such as Cal Greeks Warriors night, the all Greek clean up, and Trick or Greek. It serves as the liaison between chapters in promoting scholarship, leadership, friendship, and service. The council acts as a mediator and facilitator of enforcing the student conduct code and university policies. It has its own separate formal recruitment process in the fall semester to bring in new members, and often conducts informal recruitment in the spring. The executive council of Panhellenic is composed of nine officer positions including: President, Executive Vice president, Vice president of membership, Vice president of Risk Management, the Head Recruitment Counselor, Director of programming, Director of communications, Finance officer, and Head of philanthropy.
