On
February 23rd, the executive councils of Panhellenic, IFC, NPHC, and
MCGC headed to the Marin Headlands for a weekend of fun and and
team-building. This was the first time that all four councils had
come together to evaluate the current state of the fraternity and
sorority system and work to set clear and manageable goals in order to
become a true Greek Community. Highlights from the curriculum
include: strengthening organizations through personal effectiveness,
community visioning, SMART goals, effective leadership, and
parliamentary procedure. Each member left the retreat with a new
sense of purpose and vision for positive change. The Greek
Community is in good hands with an outstanding cast of council members!
